Sejarah Buruk Bangsa Indonesia

Kalau melihat berita-berita tentang korupsi di televisi, kadang-kadang kita jadi berfikir kenapa mereka sampai hati melakukan perbuatan keji seperti itu. Mencuri uang rakyat bermilyar-milyar rupiah yang berarti juga menambah penderitaan anak-anak yang putus sekolah, orang-orang tua yang tidak punya tempat tinggal atau kampung-kampung terpencil yang belum ada saluran listriknya. Kemudian kita jadi bertanya, adakah penjelasan yang mungkin untuk menjawab pertanyaan diatas? Adakah sebab yang mungkin membuat mereka (para koruptor) bisa menjadi raja tega seperti itu. Kalau penjelasan yang mungkin pastinya ada.

Pertama, hal tersebut mungkin karena sifat dan karakteristik manusia Indonesia sendiri yang suka memanfaatkan kesempatan dalam kesempitan (jawa=aji mumpung). Setidaknya hal ini dibuktikan oleh sejarah panjang bangsa Indonesia sendiri. Ketika Indonesia masih dalam masa kerajaan, banyak orang yang ingin mendapat kekuasaan meskipun itu pejabat rendahan karena mereka berfikir bahwa dengan jabatan itu mereka bisa mengeruk keuntungan dari pajak rakyat, mumpung bisa dapat uang dengan mudah. Sehingga selanjutnya apapun dilakukan untuk mendapatkan jabatan (baca-kesempatan) itu, termasuk memanfaatkan posisinya sebagai keluarga kerajaan atau kedekatannya dengan raja. Karena kekuasaan ini jugalah yang memaksa Lembu Sora seorang pejuang berdirinya Kerajaan Majapahit harus mati oleh kerajaan yang diperjuangkannya hanya karena difitnah orang dekat raja yang gila jabatan. Begitu juga dengan silsilah kerajaan-kerajaan

bodoh…..

Kenapa kau pemuda?

Sepertinya kau tak kenal negerimu

Kau tak tahu tujuanmu

Bahkan kau juga tak kenal dirimu!

Apakah duia ini begitu nikmat?

Sehingga kau lupa masa akhirmu

Sehingga kau lupa tujuanmu

Seakan kau tersesat

Memangnya ini negeri apa?

Dan negeri siapa juga ini?

Apa peduliku denganmu?

Dan kau siapa?

Kau tak tahu ya?

Kalau dunia ini memang nikmat

Apa juga masa akhir itu?

Dan aku pun juga tak pernah melihat tuhan!

Bodoh……….!

Kau diracun anjing-anjing itu

Kau dibungkam pantatnya

Kau dicumbu liurnya

Dan kaupun menjadi bodoh di depan tariannya……

TS : we get two things interesting in Writing III class

MP : getting a lot of assignments

• Able to make students become active

• Able to give practical application of writing

• Able to make students accustomed to giving opinion by writing

MP : using internet for the system of assignments’ submitting

• Able to make students adjust to internet

• Able to make students use internet positively

Some friends of mine in Class D often complain about the performance of Mr. Faiz (lecturer of writing III class). They say that he cares partially about his students and he always comes late in almost all of class meetings. Moreover, they think that among all lecturers, he is the most lecturer who has a lot of alpha in attendance. However, we have to realize that he applies a good method in his teaching’s way. We can find at least two things interesting in his teaching’s way. So what are those?

One thing, he gives us so many assignments and he gives them in every meetings. Even though the assignments seem so very hard, but they can give us many advantages. Firstly, they can make us active because there must be a discussion about the assignments. Every student has to give comments for his friend’s assignment. So that, all of the students can think and speak in order to give comments. Secondly, they can give us practical application of writing. We all know that to be a writer, we do not need to merely listen to explanation of the lecturer, we must practice to write, although we get difficulties at the first time. Of course, our writing sometimes can be good and it can be bad. Therefore, a lot of assignments will help us to practice. Thirdly, they can make us accustomed to giving our opinion by writing. It is necessary for us, for we are the candidate of intellectual people who do not talk more and do less.

#8 assignment (revision)

To be a teacher is easy because someone just needs to sit down in front of his class and explain what the material is. And he does not need to know whether his students understand the material or not. That is what our society know about a teacher commonly, isn’t it? In other hand, we as a student of education and teacher training department definite a teacher differently, for as we know that to be a good and real teacher is not as easy as our common society think. We understand that a teacher is someone who will guide our young society to the glory and it is not easy. So that, we know that a teacher has to have at least three special qualities.

#8 assignment (the true one)

TS : it is urgent for a teacher to have some following qualities.

MP : has knowledge of subject

• teachers are easy to deliver material to the students

• teachers are able to surely answer student’s question

• students are sure about the truth of the material

MP : has ability to explain clearly

• students are easy to understand the subject

• teachers do not need to be longing to finish the syllabus of the subject

MP : cares about student

• teachers are able to create an emotional relations between them and their students

• teachers will be easy to monitor the development of their students

It is surely necessary that a teacher must have at least three special qualities. The most important quality is to have knowledge of subject. logically, a teacher will teach nothing if he/she does not have material to teach, right? And the next quality is to have ability to explain clearly. Honestly, there are many intellegent people who cannot share their knowledge to the others, so, their knowledges are just kept deeply inside their brain. of course, they should not be a good teacher, should they? For another quality is to care about student. Mostly, a student feels comfortable to ask his/her teacher if the teacher has a strong emotional relations with him/her. And a strong emotional relations can be built if the teacher cares his’her student, can’t it?

#7 assignment

For some people, new year is not as fantastic as the other people think. It is just an annual moment that happens every year and nothing special in this moment. In contrary, the other people celebrate this moment merrily, there are such party identic with firework, night with full of happiness. It is fine for both actions, but at least there is one thing that we should do. That is correcting of ourselves. So, we can say that new year is a moment to correct ourselves.

Micro, small and middle industries (UMKM) was not affected by the global financial crisis in 1997 because they did not deal with shares. In fact, they keep developing in the real sector, instead they play around with shares. However, some intnerpreneur in this field still get many problems to develop because of their internal problem instead.

The first internal problem is about capital broadening. Generally, they are afraid to borrow the capital from banking, they event do not know the procedure to get it. Indeed, the procedure is complicated. Besides, they are lack of information how to get it from government, whereas the government has provided many kinds of capital with their own requirements. Also, they do not know about the other sources like cooperation which is similar with bank, but it is smaller and has lower requirement.

The second one is about managerial affair. They are low in work professionalism. Sometimes, they just omit the calculation of a little thing. Also, they are low in managerial skills, it is proved by the fact that there is no tidy administration of credit or debit. Eventually, some entrepreneurs consider that UMKM is a side job only.

The third one is about their product’s competitiveness. Their product are not competitive enough to face the big industries. there at least three factors causes this problem. First, there is no quality control of product out. So they do not know whether the products of this week are better then that next week. Second, they do not have enough production’s tools. For example, a big machine to mix orange with water for orange juice industry. Third, they do not an expert in their production’s field, so they cannot improve their products.

There are many problems inside of their industries. But it does not mean that there is no way out of these problems. For the government, they should more care to them by giving guidance, training, facilities, etc. And for the entrepreneurs, they should keep searching for information which can help them increasing.

• they consider that UMKM is not a profession

• their products generally are not competitive

• they do not have a quality control

• they are lack of production’s facilities
